PET POLICY
Carrington Ridge is a pet-friendly apartment community! We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment community, with a 50 pound weight limit/pet. There is a $300 pet fee/pet and a $5 pet rent/month/pet.
We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including:
Snakes, spiders and ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.
The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Green Tree Frogs, African Dwarfed Frogs, Chinese Hamsters, Hermit Crabs, Gerbils, and Canary. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable.
